"I ordered a pair of Ultrasone PRO-900's from Dj Deals on Aug 19 2011.

Now let me first start by saying that DjDeals has AMAZING PRICES! No joke! These Pro-900's cost 500-600 everywhere else on the net, even Amazon had them for 550 new. Insert Djdeals and I managed to snag a pair of these sextacular headphones at a low low 399! I'm not normally one for exclamation points but they deserve every single one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've ordered through them before for a pair of Ultrasone/Alienware Ozma-7's and they handled the transaction flawlessly and, most importantly, quickly. Had the tracking number within a day and the package within 5 (For both my purchases).

Compared to some of these other websites out there, DjDeals truly impressed me with their ordering process, speed, and efficiency.

My only and I mean only issue is that they don't have a phone number to contact them, if I wanted to inquire about certain information. Now this wouldn't be an issue if they responded to their e-mails a little quicker.

HOWEVER when they do reply, they do a fantastic job of answering your questions in a clear and concise manner, as well as, keeping the customer in the loop at all times.

Now I'll admit, I was a tad skeptical when I had read all those bad reviews they have elsewhere but now any hesitations and fears I may have had have been throughly put to rest.

They lure you by posting low prices then after you make an order and pay for it (they take your money) they email you and tell you they made a mistake with the price and say they will only ship your item if you give them the higher price. I actually went online and found a price cheaper than them and they wouldn't honor that so I also found out their low price garauntee is fraud too! Pass it on, djdeals.com are scammers! Stay Away!

Folks, I (and my lawyer) have a copy of the web page, corresponding emails (includes price hike request and refusing to honor their price gaurantee), and the invoice that prove their "inaccurate deceptive pricing". I ordered the product and paid through Paypal (thank God) and they took my money and then refunded my money only after I would not agree to pay their price hiking tactic. I used Paypal so it's all on paper. Their response to this issue is really nothing but BS!"
