"I ordered a small handful of clips and 11 DAYS later I still do not have my clips. I got no email telling me it shipped or that there was a problem. I called back on day 8 to see where my clips were, since I was told that they would ship within 24 hrs.
I was told at that time that there was a shipping problem (nothing specific) on their end and they would be shipping out that day. I told them that since it was their error that they need to overnight this to me because this shipment was holding up my manufacturing process. They were expediting my order. I called again today (Day 11) and it looks like they MIGHT get delivered today, they were not really sure.
I asked the girl if this is the way they normally do business. She would start giving me the "I don't know what happened and it was all due to my placing my order online". I told her that her system would not accept the order and I called to place it. She argued that this was an online order when it turns out that she was the one I spoke to on the PHONE to order these clips. I asked her 4-5 more times if this is how they conduct their business. She finally said no.
I told her that I would be needing to order thousands of these clips and I need to know if this is how they conduct business that I would need to find another source. She assured me that if I place another order that this will not happen again. (What else was she going to say?)
I doubt if I give them another chance to hold up my business. It was a test and in my opinion, they FAILED. "
