I followed the required refund procedure by obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and included this form along with a request for refund of payment in the returned shipment. All items were returned in original condition in original packaging. I also have delivery confirmation that the returned package was received by DK Hardware.

A five-day turnaround in payment refund was promised over the phone. I called DK Hardware and was told that they would attempt to refund my payment today. Awaiting refund."
