"I purchased this product and was happy with the ordering process and shipping, but where this company shine through and what prompted me to review them is the customer service I received when I had a problem.

I ordered the dive upgrade for my Tivo and my Tivo died. I contacted PTVupgrade and they had me ship the Tivo back to them along with the Tivo receipt in case they needed to work with Tivo for repairs.
