"was very good until now a change in the sales force, wedsite not kept up to date, takes a day or more to get back to you if an item is replaced"

"I submitted a negative rating in a previous post, and would like to make amends. The companies prices are competitive, and the sales person took the time to lend technical support to a newbie. I can't vouch for its' online ordering performance as I do business with them directly."
