"all you other companies out there such as googlegay need to use this firm as a template for customer satisfaction .....look at the rating have any idea what it takes to get the rating that high? hell i can answer that NO you don't. because if you did you wouldn't be dragging azz so far behind these guys. i got a leadtek vidcard from them the best they make and it was defective. one call and i received the replacement cross shipped to me the same day. i got tracking numbers in less than 3 hours from these fellows. if you buy enough parts online you will come to appreciate the class of service new egg provides. btw i am still waiting on orders placed elsewhere to arrive. guess who got their package to me first? yup new egg thanks gang don't change a thing...except maybe more scratch n' dent stuff hehe"

"ordered on sunday ...it has been 2 business days and the order has not left the place yet. paid extra for fast shipping. i am not a happy camper. if they ship it next day air today they will redeem themselves, otherwise i am through with googlegear
how odd not five minutes after my post they updated my order as shipped...still took them 2 business days to ship it and they sent it 2 day anyway....sigh so long googlegear maybe you guys can get the shipping department straightened out. see you in 2 years i will give ya another shot then"
