My second email requesting a $ return has not been replied to as if they have gone into hiding. If I'd known that it was shipping direct from China I would not have bought it. "Horrible. Bought a Curran Watch for $33 (later found on Amazon for about $10)
Photos showed multiple dials, day-date, etc. When it arrived, I found all were fake - - only the watch hands moved.
They promise 3-d response to complaints - - fugeddiboudit !! I've sent 5 messages to them, 3 requesting clarification and 2 RMA
ZERO response.
I will send a letter to Kanadian BBB equivalent, but unlikely they can do anything.
Dunno if Kanada has a Consumer Protection Agency - - but I will look.

"I purchased one of those "Nintendo" game counsels with the pre-loaded games. A few days after ordering I saw terrible reviews of people who had received theirs, saying it wasn't a Nintendo but a (really, really cheap) knockoff. I tried several times to cancel and when I finally got a response from them, they said it was too late. Almost a month later, I received the item, wrapped in broken plastic and bubble wrap. No real packaging. The counsel looks like it will break any moment...very very cheap. Instructions are in bad, broken English, not that they're needed. Setup is pretty straight forward. Get it hooked up to the TV, doesn't work. Tried everything with the Red & Yellow AV input, and nothing. Tried it on another (really basic) TV, still nothing. I figured we'd get a little bit of fun out of it before a light breeze broke the counsel but we can't event get it to work. Just really, really terrible."

Tracking shows it was checked in at a Beijing facility but NOTHING after that and I cannot find my package and no one is responding to emails. I tried to call their 877 number as given by PayPal and its a busy signal. I'm assuming my Christmas gift will not be here in time. "I waited close to a month to receive our Nintendo console. It wasn't in original packaging. Just packed in a plastic container with no top and wrapped in a thin layer of foam. Pretty sure there are no instructions in setting up. After reading other reviews, after the few packages that arrived, I'm interested to see if it actually works. Guess we will find out Christmas Day. It came from China, so I'm pretty sure their government is strict about privacy of the mailing system and must have something to do with the timing and reliability of receiving packages...just a guess.
