"Ordered a portable AC fan August 7th. Just got it today. I ordered it for my trip to Hawaii, and it got here just in time for fall. I contacted them several times and they did get back to me, but had no useful information for me. My status said shipped, but I couldn't get a tracking number. Come to find out, it was listed as shipped "in error". I think I'll stay away from this company."
"This company will knowing sell you junk and give you no satisfaction for a refund unless you want to ship it back to China at your own expense. I ordered a Projection clock at a cost + s/h of about $14. The box was torn open, came with NO AC adapter which in the ad was included, unclear instructions and most important of all, the projection image was a faint red blurry blob. They suggested I go out and buy a readily available AC adapter, requested a video of what was wrong
and only refund my money if I shipped it back to China at my expense. Of course I there was no way I could afford to do that, the shipping would greatly exceed the refund of the unit. They offered replacement or store credit. I want neither. It took more than 5 weeks after ordering it
before I received it. Based on this experience, I do not want a store credit or anything to do with them in the future. I have taken steps with my CC company for this cost. I told DailyGrabs if they want their junky clock back, I would be happy to send it back if they send me a pre-paid mailer or postage label."

"After seeing an offer for a smartwatch I decided to contact them to make sure they were legit. I have not ordered anything from them and there wasn't a word that makes sense. Needless to say I decided to check the complaints board and I am definitely NOT ordering from them now. I am also sure that the person that made the statement about Daily Grabs making the comments or paying someone to make the comments is correct. Looking through the comments, any negative comments had someone respond with a positive comment to match - then you see the comments with broken English. Thank you for the honest comments, you have saved me from a major headache. I hope you are successful with your refund or products. FYI - if Daily Grabs is located in the US, you can contact the Attorney General in the State Daily Grabs is located and file a complaint. Also, the IC3.gov for internet crimes."

"I have purchased items from Daily Grabs Inc and I now believe them to be FRAUDS. After a month of waiting for my stuff to arrive all I have is an INVALID tracking number from them. Whomever gave them more than one star is either working for the company or is paid to write a BS five star rating. If you don't want to lose your money DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. There is NO customer service to speak of or they don't exist. Don't throw away your money.

I reached out to them and they offered to switch it for the right color or I can keep it for another 50% the price I paid which is what I did.
