So after 3 weeks have passed I contacted customer service and like immediately they process my order and give me a tracking number. This tracking number HAS NOT moved from its location. This company keeps emailing me assuring me that my product is on it's way. Buyer BEWARE. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE OUR ORDER"

"If I could give this site a minus 0 I would. I ordered a couple handheld fans for $14.98 each, free shipping. Not only did they take almost 5 weeks to arrive but they were both broken when I got them. I filed a complaint through PayPal and they granted me a refund as resolution to my claim. The thing is that I had to ship them back to Canada with a tracking number before I could get my refund and it was $27 to ship them back so I had to eat the $30 it cost me for their worthless plastic pieces of crap.
