II called, representative couldn't find the order, my account had INDEED been canceled, and I had NO order number and they had the box that they claimed they shipped put and finally gave me a refund after looking up my credit card #!!! NEVER USING THEM AGAIN. EVER. PROBABLY WERE GOING TO STEAL MY MONEY!!!!!!"
"The zipper of one of the items got stuck and it took me two hours of tugging and pulling to get it open. I'm very happy I eventually got it working, because I really didn't want to return such a lovely item. Overall, I love shopping at DailyLook and their service is great. Returns are especially easy."
"I was excited to start shopping at DailyLook, but wanted to give it a try by buying a few items before investing in a monthly subscription. I am so happy that I decided to do this because I couldn't be more disappointed in their customer service.
Ever since I received my order I have been trying to contact their support with minimal to no avail. When I received my order I received the wrong item (I ordered 2 skirts and received 1 shirt and 1 skirt) as my order unfortunately did not match my receipt I could not return it, nor did I want to pay for shipping something that wasn't my fault. Of course, I understand mistakes happen and contacted support as soon as possible. Surprisingly, I never received confirmation when I tried to email their customer support using their website contact box. (I tried different laptops and browsers) With the time constraints it made it nearly impossible to reach them during the day when I was working. However, I did my best and got hold of someone on live support during my break. Unfortunately I didn't take note of the style number of the mistaken item I received. I had to ask that live chat agent to give me an email of another representative so I could message in after hours. Since then I have yet to receive a reply from anyone. As I work support on the side at my own job I am beyond disappointed in the horrible customer service thus far and feel like I have wasted my money.
If I had been able to place my support question via email originally and receive an answer withing 2-3 days I would of bumped up my overall rating to at least a 3 star rating and depending on how they handled my situation up to a 4 star."

"So far received 3 packages from Daily Look. Every time, I returned the Items, in the bag they provided and every time they charged me for the Items I did not keep. I had to call and talk to them and get a refund a few weeks later.
Last time they charged me for 3 items I did not keep. One of the items was a $327.99 Diane Von Furstenberg Tenner Floral Cotton Dress, which I did not even bother taking out of its bag, because it was very expensive and I did not like the pattern. This time I had to call them 4-5 times within 2 weeks and they said they need to talk to their shipping department and resolve this issue. Last time I talk to them they told me they have to watch the taps to see how they received the package, who opened it and what append to the items. They never called me back with a resolution, so I finally disputed the charge through my credit card company. I got my money back. I canceled my subscription with Daily Look and Never want to have anything with them. Poor customer service and Poor or better to say trustworthy customer service!!!

I used this service for two months, not only were the clothes terrible quality for the price (all of my items were over $50), but even after I returned all of the items and completed my 'checkout' I was charged full price. I emailed the company 5 times over 2 weeks and did not receive 1 single response. Finally after a 3rd phone call I got through to someone who authorized the refund. Now we will see if it actually happens...."
"The worst customer service I have literally ever dealt with for online shopping. I subscribe to the monthly boxes and never received my box for this month. I received a email on 5/11 saying it shipped and now it has been two weeks and no box in sight. I emailed them three times, once to the stylist, once on the website and once on their Facebook page. No response. So I called today during business hours and received a recording that said call back during business hours. After that I canceled. I know I wont get a refund for the subscription cost this month, so I will have to do a stop payment on my card because I'm not even going to attempt to contact them again. How does this company keep customers?! Buyer beware! "

"Terrible customer service--I placed an order and returned both items, one of which has been "received" and never refunded. After chatting with someone on the website, I received an email saying that it has been credited to my card, and would show up in a few days. It has been weeks and has not shown up in my bank account as credited! The other item has been received and processed, but no refund after weeks. No response to emails, and no one picks up the phone! I am planning on reporting DailyLook to the BBB. "
