"Ordered a Dailylook elite subscription. My card needed to be updated on my profile. So as soon as they sent me an email notifying me I updated it and wrote back. They never replied, i followed up and never got a response and the odrer appears forever as shipped but w no tracking number or anything. I have not received anything. They shouls at least answer my questions or aknoledge my emails! "

"I got a lot of things that were cool but the fit didn't work. The fit for all clothes are the key to the sale, if it doesn't look good people won't buy it. I filled out my specs on the questionnaire & the type of clothes & fit I we're as well as my problem areas, I feel like if this was looked at w/ more attention I would have bought more things"

"I never received anything from DailyLook due to their lacking customer service and major shipping issues. I was so excited to sign up for the 3-month trial--I hate doing my own shopping. Well, my first box was sent to my billing address instead of shipping. I had to contact customer service to intercept the box and return it to their warehouse before it was delivered. Instead of forwarding it to my shipping address, I just never got the box. However, all of the items showed up in my account, so I had to again contact customer service to make sure I wasn't billed for them. They assured me I wouldn't be. Well, after checking my account online, it says I was billed for all of the items. So I had to contact customer service yet again to ensure that this was a mistake. The customer service process is a mess--no one ever answers the phone and the online chat system with a "live person" is so slow--on average the representative takes 8-10 minutes to respond to any comment and is very short in her replies. Also, somehow I am always chatting with "Melissa", which is strange but not a real issue. Although the FAQ section says that you can easily cancel by clicking on a "cancel my account" link, it doesn't appear to exist. I am again waiting for "Melissa" from customer service to assure me that my account has been cancelled (it's been 13 minutes since I asked her to cancel, no response yet). So I have no opinion as to whether the subscription service provides nice clothing options, I just know that I do not want to risk any more inconvenience and potential billing mistakes. "

"Its been terrible so far. i bought my item 2 months ago and still have not received it. i live in europe and it says its already in my country but delivery attempt was unsuccessful the day i was waiting at home for the item. i have mailed dailylook at least 5 times already and nobody has EVER tried to contact me. still waiting waiting and waiting.... wishing i hadn't bought anything from this site since can't reach anybody to help me in this kind of situation. really hope i hear back soon and they decide to resend my item again since its a pair of shoes that I'm expecting. "

"Sadly DailyLook you have been an awful experience so far. I received my first Elite Box on March 4, 2015. I was so excited and it felt like Christmas when it arrived. Sadly, I sent all but a necklace, bracelet and a bathing suit coverup back on March 6th. The returned items were all very cute. They included similar wardrobe pieces I already own. Another was too short. ( I'm 5'2 and not modest but a 40 something should not dress like her high school students. The skirt was precious, though!) Lastly, a cute dress that was a bit tight around my boobs. My return was well within the 7 day allotted time. It is specially stated on the website for the Elite Box Subscription Member and included in with your shipment. The hassle free return envelope, totally rocked! How nice it was to receive a confirmation from DL via email stating my return had been shipped. Easy peasey!!! Wrong!!! It took me 5 days to check out because the website kept crashing on me. No prob there's contact info available and a phone number. Wrong again! I called customer service for two days only to get a voice mail stating that the user's mailbox was full." How darn unprofessional and impersonal. Okay, so there's email. Cool! No worries! Once again, a famous automated response telling me to get on the website and go to the customer service/help link. Why in he hell would I try to call and email if i hadn't exhausted the other avenues? Finally frustrated and angry I just kept trying checkout on the website. Tada right up until the inth hour my checkout was completed. I breathed sigh of relief but too soon! My nightmare is not over. On March 18th I receive acknowledgement my return from March 6 is in their possession and to expect confirmation that everything has been processed and handled. Today, I had a little down time and thought I would browse their website and it was then I discoverer being charged for the entire contents of My Elite Box. This is addition to the charges I already paid for the items I kept. Now my credit card will charged twice. Nothing like paying over three hundred dollars for a bathing suit cover up and cheap costume jewelry. I'm truly a very patient person and do my very best at trying to stay objective. I give the benefit of the doubt and try and look at things from both sides. My feedback to my stylist included praises for her picks. I asked questions on sizing since the styling profile is almost the exact same as your biggest competitor I also subscribe to. Her and I communicated by email before my first box. I told her a little about myself along with my lifestyle so that she'd get a sense of who I am. She's a complete professional and seems like a lovely person. She takes time to answer my emails within 24 hours. Before my discovery today I had already decided to try another month. In fact, it's in transit, and besides I like my stylist. I'm hoping my experience with horrible CS was a fluke. I love subscription boxes and internet shopping because I live 75 miles one way to anything that remotely resembles a shopping center or mall. It's so convenient and I am about keeping up with the trends even if I live in rural America. A $300.00 charge to my credit card for items I don't possess seems unreasonable. Hopefully this is resolved in a timely manner. I'm on a teacher's salary and sadly our pay doesn't leave much disposable income. "
