"Placed an order the end of April. The three items I ordered were in stock and I was billed for them. As of today, May 18, my items have not shipped, there has been no update and I have not received a refund. I won't be shopping with Daily Look again. Their customer service and communication is sorely lacking."

"UPDATE 2.0
All is good in the world, excellent customer service!! They honored my coupon and shipped my order right after I got off the phone with them. Customer service was super friendly, so don't hesitate to talk to them:) read below if you want to know the whole story of how the whole ordeal went down:) Overall, SUPER happy with everything, just waiting for the product to arrive:)
***UPDATE***
They called me thanks to this site except I wasn't able to pick up and they didn't answer when I called back (GO FIGURE), but now my situation is worse!! I'm assuming one of the items I purchased went out of stock because they took it off of my order, but this causes my coupon code to be invalid because the total price has been decreased and Dailylook didn't even contact me to inform me of this nor give me the option to cancel my order!!! REALLY UPSET because they charge for return fee and I did not agree to pay for the price without the coupon, yet they are making me.
ORDER HAS BEEN PENDING SINCE SATURDAY and it is Friday now, not sure if item will ever be shipped. I've tried emailing, no response, calling, no response and no space on voicemail either. Customer service is either very slow or nonexistent. I've also picked two day shipping and when I paid for the item it said expected delivery was Tuesday to Thursday, it is now Friday night and the item has not been shipped!!

"I have been trying to cancel my subscription since January. I tried calling them, emailing them, and chatting with an operator online. Their phone number rings and rings and it's impossible to reach someone, and they have not responded to any of my emails. I've been waiting for a live operator on daily look chat for 25 minutes and just keep getting the message: "All operators are currently assisting others. Thanks for your patience. An operator will be with you shortly." I even removed my credit card information and address from my online profile and yet, they STILL charged me and have sent me boxes that I return promptly. This is really the WORST customer service I've ever seen and they make it impossible for you to cancel. I had to dispute the charges through my credit card company. This company is really a hack."

"I have been looking for places to buy clothing online for months now. Dailylook.com is by far the best I have ever known about, for several reasons:
1. Things have the highest quality and a reasonable price. I think big brands are far too expensive, but I ended up buying them because I have fell in several traps such as Wish.com. It is too stressful to keep getting poor quality stuff. I have Dailylook things for some months and everything is still perfect!
2. Things arrive quickly, returns are impressively easy. They come with a prepaid bag and you can choose if you want to be reimbursed on the full amount in store credit or reimburse the value net of $5.00 for shipping, and simply place the bag in any USPS mailbox.
3. The user interface of the website is great; especially because you can buy a whole outfit or just parts of it. No weird pictures of a spare blouse that looks tasteless without a context but looks awesome with the right accessories.
4. The Elite box is so much fun! They give me things I never thought about!

"I have had the absolute worst customer service experience with DailyLook. I have been sending them emails for over a month with no response from anyone. The phone number doesn't work and their voice mail is always full so you can't even leave a vm. Seems pretty ridiculous for a business to have their vm full. I ordered a few things but also bream and elite member and after a month of no communication I finally emailed my stylist who actually responded. One of the items in my order never came ...They said it was sold out. But maybe if they didn't wait over a month to send communication(after I reached out) then maybe I could have actually received it. Then when I returned everything else in the order becasue it was cheap looking they only refunded me for one of the items. I am so frustrated and trying to cancel my subscription with them but apparently this isn't an option either. I don't understand how businesses like this one can exist in 2015 when everyone cares so much about customer service. If someone can actually contact me and get me my money back and cancel my membership that woudl be amazing. "

"I love the style and quality of the items found on DailyLook! It's a great mix of everyday, some higher end staples and trendier items that are perfect for the late 20/early 30something who wants to remain stylish but not too "young." Their Elite Box service is amazing - way better than any other out there. The questionnaire really helps to understand your personal style. I get so overwhelmed shopping trying to mix and match things, but this makes it so comfortable. I've been really happy with a good amount of items that both add to my wardrobe, but also push me out of my comfort zone. It's so great to have the items in your home to mix and match with what you have. The stylist also provides tips on what to pair it with if you need a little help. I love that the company also really gets to know you as a person - my stylist has my Pinterest board link and checks to see if items fit my style. I also have had such positive experiences with their customer service representatives. I had a major issue recently with my computer to complete an order and Jessica was extremely patient, polite and helped me complete the transaction with ease. "
