He could care less about the customers problems, he sticks up for his staff immediately without even looking into the situation. I told him I felt like I took my car to the wrong shop and he tells me to come pick it up. Don't use these people. Professionalism matters this day in age. With plenty of reputable competition its only a matter of time before these guys go under. If you use them and have any kind of problem whatsoever it will not go well I promise.
