"Horrible Customer Service. Your car will sit for a long time if you take it to these jokers. Dropped car off for dyno tune and chip told it would be ready in 2-3 days. 11 days later car still sitting nobody has called and nothing has been done to it. Archie is a b.s. artist. He keeps saying yea yea couple more days yea yea. Then you get frustrated with the run around and try to talk to a manager and some guy named Hector comes on. He could care less about the customers problems, he sticks up for his staff immediately without even looking into the situation. I told him I felt like I took my car to the wrong shop and he tells me to come pick it up. Don't use these people. Professionalism matters this day in age. With plenty of reputable competition its only a matter of time before these guys go under. If you use them and have any kind of problem whatsoever it will not go well I promise. Word of advice go somewhere else, somewhere that actually cares about keeping customers. Dallas Mustang has lost yet another valuable customer."
