"Placed my order and it shipped within 7-10 business days like promised. Would purchase from here again."
"I was having trouble finding a specific LVP to match the rest of my house and True Hardwoods found it. They had it shipped and it arrived in one week. The cost was even lower than I had expected. The best part for me was the customer service when I reached out to make sure this flooring was in stock and to purchase some transition pieces. They were fast and very detailed. I will be 100% using them again when I re-do my rental."
"Would give 5 stars but Estes trucking outsourced to incompetent carrier but all is good now."
"I ordered approximately 900 square feet of hardwood flooring. DWF missed two delivery dates and set my job back several days which cost me money, because I am a contractor. I finally got the delivery and they delivered it knowing the rain storm was going to last all day (because it literally rain from 5am until end of day and it was forecasted for over 1" rain this day) they sent two pallet of flooring out unwrapped and not protected. The flooring got all wet and this is at my customers house which made me look like an idiot. Besides the wet flooring I received after two missed delivers, I got the flooring with four damaged boxes because of the shipping company banged it into something. I immediately noted on the receipt and called to notify DWF about the damage boxes. They said they would take care of it for me. I send photos of the damage boxes and everything. Now, they two months later I never received any compensation for any of the problems they caused and they will not refund my money for the damaged boxes. This company customer service, reliability and shipping is the worst! If your a contractor I would not buy from them, because they will only cause problems for you. "
"I ordered and paid for flooring on August 18. I received an order confirmation but no details about delivery. August 24, I sent an email asking about delivery. I received a prompt response from Jordan that it "looks like" they would receive the flooring on 8/26 "ready to ship out." On September 1, I emailed again for status. September 3 I got a response from Jordan saying it was "due in Tuesday" (9/8) and would be sent to me then. On 9/10 I sent another email checking on status and Jordan responded with "Get this, we went to go pick up your order and about 15 others at the mill on Tuesday. We were turned away because 'we don't have it all ready, can you come back tomorrow" along with an explanation about how far the mill is, and an assurance they would pick it up the following Tuesday. At that point, I specifically asked for confirmation they had the flooring (this flooring is no longer in production and I need to match it to existing floors). Jordan replied on 9/10 that "they have it and it is ready to go." On 9/11, Jordan responded to another email from me advising that the projected delivery to my home would be 9/28. I understood this to be an estimate and, out of an abundance of caution, rescheduled and cut short a vacation with my family to ensure I would be here. 9/23 I sent a follow up email to confirm and Jordan responded "I'll check it out." 9/28 I had not received a reply so I sent another message and Jordan responded he was waiting to hear from the CSR rep. 9/29 I inquired again. 9/30 Jordan responded "at this point I don't have faith in Armstrong," advising Armstrong is saying 10/14, and concluding with "production is just ridiculous." Production? My floor is no longer produced and you confirmed on 9/10 that it was definitely on hand at the mill 4 1/2 hours away. I submitted a dispute through my credit card company as I have no confidence in TrueHardwoods having the integrity to initiate and issue a refund. Now I have lost 6 weeks of time, cut short a vacation, and have to hope that some other vendors still have a portion of the flooring I need. I went to TrueHardwoods because no one else had the square footage I needed and I thought it would be easier than ordering from multiple vendors. Big mistake.

"Received order in reasonable amount of time and exactly as ordered !!"
"My husband and I are DIY installation of hardwood on our second level. This wood is everything we asked for and more, ordering was easy and deliver was fast and efficient."
"After reading several negative reviews online about ordering flooring From DWF ( hardwood/ LVP) and having it delivered, I was very apprehensive about ordering. However, their price could not be beat anywhere, so I took a chance. I was very please with each step of the process. Sales rep Dustin was very courteous and helpful. He shared exactly how flooring would be delivered and how to inspect delivery when it arrived, so I was prepared. Order and delivery went remarkably smooth. Floors were installed by local installer, and they are beautiful! I would not hesitate to order from DWF again."
"I bought the floor to freight forward to Mexico. So first i needed the invoice to not apply CA tax because im paying import tax. They could not do it, had not heard of it, didn't try to even find out if it was possible. Ok that was my first source of frustration. Then i asked for the Tax ID number, for the freight forwarder, and they could not provide it, had not heard of it, asked the manager and didn't answer. So the floor is at the freight forwarder in San Diego paying a tax i shouldn't have paid and its a problem because i have to go through customs without a Tax ID number. So the price was great, the process was pretty fast, but this extra things i needed for the import to Mexico, where a lot to ask for. So i will try to get it from somewhere else next time. "
"I ordered 24 Back high quality Bruce Dundee Plank CB1210 through their website truehardwoods.com. I received 12 boxes CB1210. After one month, I received the other 12 boxes Timberland CB1210TW. Timberland CB1210TW is lowest quality and I cannot match with first 12 boxes Bruce CB1210. After I found the difference, I contacted sales and I was told that the return date was 6 months. I showed the invoice within 6 months. They told me sorry that was wrong. The return date was 30 days. They didn't say it was their fault and apologize for sending wrong things and just said it was too long to claim. I told them I received the other 12 boxes was after 30 days. They just avoided my phones and emails. I contacted them on 3/23/2020 and last email sent to their claim department on 4/7/2020. Today is 5/3/2020. No emails and phone calls from DWF TrueHardwoods. I lost thousands bucks. I don't want anyone else to lose their money and so be careful with DWF TrueHardwoods ***-***-****. Their price may be lower than others and their website looks fancy or professional. However, the way how they made money and how they treated their customers was horrible... My invoice Number 93605. Ordered from https://www.truehardwoods.com/ ***-***-****"
"Product came in great shape and the shipping was fast for what is going on the world right now. Will definitely use again."
"I have ordered flooring from DWF for a few jobs and everytime they take care of me in a timely manor with prices way cheaper than my local place "
"I just ordered so this is only a review of the customer service. I am more than pleased! I was very nervous ordering online. Jose made it very easy to do. He answered all my questions, and called back quickly when I had additional questions after I had already placed the order, and I made several phone calls to him! He never made me feel like I was bothering him, He was very kind and patient! "
"I had a great experience with DWF. I found their communication to be excellent and their prices to be very good. We did a ton of research about prices/wood types and found DWF's selection to be top notch and their prices beat anything we could find locally (by about 2 grand). I am from another state and purchased 1600 SF. Naturally, buying that much wood from out of state made me nervous about what to do if i ran into quality issues. I found the product to be superb and the initial communication, order updates, and subsequent follow-ups to be not only comforting, but very reassuring. The shipping/delivery process went as described on the DWF website and the delivery fee was very reasonable. We are happy to recommend DWF."
"Do not buy any hardwood from DWF. I know you might save 2-3 grant, but its worth buying from a local store and hassle free.
I had a very bad experience with the them, ordered Armstrong and it was back ordered to 3 weeks, but with a surprise I received the product in 2 days. They got the flooring from 3 different batches none of them matching the colors. We found the problem after installing 400 SQ FT now I have to pay extra to remove the already installed flooring and wait for them to send the new flooring.

A rep from DWF Hardwood, GNicholes21, has responded:
“We make mistakes in our industry, and manufacturers make mistakes. Just like in this case. All manufacturers request that the product is checked before installing, especially when trying the match existing flooring. To all our customers, please check your material before installing and we will remedy the issue. ”
