"Danger Den has the best customer service I have ever encountered from an internet based company. I have dealt with several PC related companies online, and most do ok until it comes to RMA. Most companies these days make it seem as though returning or exchanging an item is the biggest chore. They also often assume a defective item is actually broken by the purchaser. These assumptions, and bad attitudes toward returns have turned me away from many companies. I recently purchased a Waterbox Plus case from Danger Den, and although it clearly stated up to 10 business days for delivery, it took only two. I received the case to find out that one of the holes in the acrylic had a crack branching from it. I contacted Danger Den by phone and talked to Debbie. I orded a complete kit with cpu and video (9800GX2) water blocks, coolent, Tygon tubing, resevoir, all very high quality.
