"DARCARS is probably an acceptable dealership when it comes to buying a new or used car, but not all that great if you order parts and/or accessories for your Toyota after the fact. I ordered carpet floor mats for my 2020 Corolla and was greeted by all-weather liners instead. I told the associate that I had ordered carpet, but they insisted that all-weather liners was what I ordered. I refused to accept them, and the associate was gracious enough to order the carpet, which I picked up successfully several days later without any hassle or issues. After my first ordeal, I went home and looked at the original receipt sent to my email account; sure enough, it said carpet and not all-weather liners. I don't know how this mix up happened, but it's not cool to assume that a customer wants all-weather liners just because it's popular with most people. I probably won't be ordering parts for pick-up through DARCARS again unless I absolutely need to."
