"There has been an ongoing issue with Autoparts.Toyota.com where if you sign in with profile and try to checkout it says that you have exceeded the maximum payment profiles. Only work around is to sign out and checkout as guest. Still not fixed after several months. "

"I placed my order one week ago and I received an email from the parts department saying my order is ready for pickup. I drove over 30 minutes to find out that my order was missing."
"I ordered a water pump and a joint on 1/19. I never got a notification email or phone cal. I went to check and they had the water pump. They told me the other part will arrive a couple days later. I went on 1/31/24 to pick up. I called before going and I was on hold for 50 minutes. I arrived past 6pm. Parts office was closed. A service person checked for me and could not find the part. Told me to come back later. How is a part not here after 20 days? And no one calls? I spoke to manager and he will give me a call. But I still have to drive one hour to pick up. Wasted one 2 hours of my life. "
