"I ordered a Hori Real Arcade Pro 3 SA fightstick with express shipping option. Looking at their shipment/process time I was estimating it would take 3-4 days to receive my shipment or later if they didn't abide by their processing/shipment policy like other companies may do. Instead I receive my fightstick in 2 days! I was also amazed on how protective and sealed the packaging was.
I'm quite satisfied and thought the overall quality service was great. Will order again... when I get the cash, hehe.

Note: Like others may have said... get your billing/shipping info straighten out, otherwise your purchase/shipment process will be DELAYED. I didn't have any problem with this though, but it's great precaution in protecting the customer."
