"I recently purchased 2 speaker harnesses from DasCheap, order was placed at 12:30 May 24th - on June 1st i recieved a small package with 1 speaker harness. i checked DasCheaps site and it showed the order was completed. I talked to a rep who said the item was not in stock and that he would check the next day the status and call me back. I requested the item be canceled and my shipping costs be refunded as well as the cost of the item. (shipping was 10.90 for 2 items).

Recieved a call from the same rep the next morning stating that the item is on back order and they dont know when it will be back in. He canceled the item and refunded me the price of the item only, but could not refund any of the shipping cost. I have requested the Manager contact me.

I will update review once manager has contacted me, but so far I am not happy with my experiance.

Ok so I am happy to say that I was refunded shipping since the order was not completed originally to my satisfaction. Still wish i could have recieved both items from Das but i am happy to say that customer service made it right. For that reason i have changed my overall satisfaction to 5 stars and look forward to future orders with Dascheap.

"I was skeptic at first ordering from DasCheap but I took the chance. I have bought several items from this site that was over $50. The products were excellent and worked like it was suppose too. The CDs were simple to do as well as the flip top for the PlayStation 2 was easy to install. DasCheap has also got tutorials on how to put the item together which only took me minutes to get the item installed instead thinking what to do for hours searching on forums. So give DasCheap a try.
