"They sent a wrong item !
They did not ever answer a telephone call. The answer machine put you on a hold for ever and a customer service never came to the phone. The hours of operation is from 10 to 6 only, very difficult for a working person. Today, after a 3 days of my contact by email, I still don't have a return UPS label. Up to now an unpleasant experience. "
