"I can't believe in this technically savvy day that your website page for personal information does not allow for a middle initial (as appears on my credit card) and the Plus 4 zip code. These errors caused me to be charged four times for one order. However, the very nice female person I spoke to over the phone easily corrected these errors and helped me with my order.

"I think the website needs to clarify "free shipping'' more. It says "free shipping'' on toner, and to many people toner and ink cartridges are the same. I was surprised when I checked out to be charged for shipping. Had to go back and find an explanation of the difference between toner and cartridges.

"A VERY SAD DAY FOR ME. WE HAVE BEEN DUPED BY DATABAZAAR. WE HAVE BEEN OLD TIME CUSTOMERS OF DATABAZAAR AND HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE UP UNTIL RECENTLY. WE PURCHASED A TONER BACK IN AUGUST 2013 WHEN WE WERE MOVING OUR OFFICE TO HAVE ON HAND FOR OUR FAX MACHINE. WE FINALLY NEEDED TO REPLACE THE TONER IN MARCH OF 2014. WE OPENED THE SEALED BOX AND WHEN WE LOOKED INSIDE THE INNER SILVER BAG THAT CONTAINS THE TONER CARTRIDGE HAD BEEN OBVIOUSLY TORN OPEN - HENCE SOMEONE RETURNED A "USED" TONER CARTRIDGE BACK TO DATABAZAAR AND WE WERE STUCK WITH AN EMPTY TONER CARTRIDGE. DATABAZAAR SAID IT WASN'T THEIR PROBLEM BECAUSE IT WAS PAST THE 30 DAY RETURN POLICY AND REFERRED ME TO BROTHER FOR REPLACEMENT. I HAD TO PURCHASE ANOTHER TONER FROM DATABAZAAR BECAUSE I NEEDED IT THAT DAY - THE ONLY THING THEY DID WAS SHIP IT OUT TO ME WITHOUT CHARGING ME THE EXTRA FEE!!!!! LIKE IT WAS OUR FAULT WE NEEDED A TONER NOW.
NEEDLESS TO SAY BROTHER OBVIOUSLY SAID IT WASN'T THEIR PROBLEM AND REFERRED ME BACK TO DATABAZAAR. I E-MAILED DATABAZAAR INDICATING HOW UNHAPPY I WAS WITH THIS PROBLEM. WHEN I DIDN'T HEAR FROM THEM IN A WEEK - I LOOKED UP MY "REQUEST" AND SEE IT WAS "SOLVED". I CONTACTED THEM AGAIN AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY WERE STICKING TO THEIR GUNS ON THEIR 30 DAY RETURN POLICY. I ADVISED THEM THAT IT WAS A SAD DAY AS WE WOULD NO LONGER USE DATABAZAAR IF THEY WOULD NOT IN GOOD FAITH GIVE US A CREDIT...... "
