"Terrible company. Stay away, unless you want weeks of frustration. A simple order of standard Canon ink was lost, finally arrived after 3 weeks. Customer Service is in India and only responds with auto-replies. I ordered the same ink from Amazon, and it arrived in 3 days! Now I'm trying to return the late order to Databazaar and - again - only get auto replies. Phoning is a waste of time, unless you enjoy leaving voicemails. As I said, terrible company.

Second comment. Very interesting that DataBazaar responded within hours to this review with extensive remarks, while failing to adequately respond to a customer issue in over 4 weeks.
1) The address given to Databazaar was correct and in over 20 years has never presented a delivery problem
2) Customer Service supplied a tracking number, but refused to contact the post office. That contact was not something I could initiate, since I did not send the package.
3) The package arrived after 3 weeks. In the meantime I purchased ink from another online merchant. Databazaar still has not given me return information as requested 10 days ago.
4) Roy's remarks show a callous disregard for a mistreated customer.
5) My original comments stand.

After 2 months, multiple phone calls and over a dozen emails, I have finally been refunded in full. The matter was resolved, but the cost in time and frustration was excessive. I will never do business with this company again."
