"I have had problems with my Da Vinci Vaporizer ever since the first few days. The store I purchased it from provided poor customer service and then I received absolutely no customer service from Da Vinci directly. Within the first few months I attempted to contact Da Vinci via email and phone with no luck whatsoever. I was so frustrated that I just put the vape on my shelf and ignored it. Then when the 2 year warranty was about to expire I thought I would try again. I made phone calls, left voicemails and sent in emails every day for a month leading up to the end of the warranty without a single response. I gave up on you guys and put the vape on my shelf. I was doing some spring cleaning and discovered it once again. When I went to your website it looked like a bunch of changes had been made, particularly in customer service with the chat option. I was able to chat with someone and speak with someone on the phone. I was told that nothing could be done so I decided to purchase another charger to see if that fixes the problem. I've had a truly awful experience with your product and service and am hoping someone can help me resolve this tension and animosity. Please feel free to contact me.
