"The IQ works well, however cleaning the device the ball came off more than once and of course the second time I lost it. You charge me $7 for the ball and then you charge me $9 to ship it, which by the way is not expedited shipping. The average cost for something that size is only $4 to ship. For as much as you pay for the device, you would think the ball would be cheaper because of the design flaw.
