"I opened the battery compartment because the battery was not charging. After that the battery compartment would not close completely and keeps opening. I have only had the vaporizer 6 months.. For as much as I paid, I did not expect the type of problem or that the battery would need replacing so soon."

"I ordered my item on February 23rd. I received the wrong item in the mail, after several days, I was sent an RMA package slip (2-day priority). Got the incorrect item shipped off, and I got an email from Davinci saying my correct item has been shipped, but there was not a tracking number yet (this was a Friday). On Monday, I had to ask Davinci's Customer Service for the tracking info. They send me the wrong tracking number. I called, got a nice person who said they would look into it and would call me back, not a peep. Informed Davinci Customer Service they gave me the wrong tracking info, so they sent me the correct tracking number and now my item will be delivered on 3/17/18. I called back and asked my why my item was sent over night (while the RMA return was 2-day priority), and Davinci Customer Service responded with "sorry" do you want me to take the shipping charges (a whole $9) off, I told him no, this is not going any where and asked for a Manager to call me so we can discuss. Crickets. I got another email from Davinci Customer Service stating my case was resolved, I emailed back saying I have not received my item and I am still waiting on a call from the Manager. Crickets. I hope this item I ordered does not break because having to deal with Davinci's Customer Service is like dealing with complete armatures, I ordered my item on February 23rd, and I am expecting it to get here on March 17th."
