"I have had my Davinci IQ now for two months and it has been an inconsistent, up and down experience. At first I could not get the IQ to turn on but I got that squared way with Tim. Now my battery life is all over the place. Sometimes it will hold a charge and other times it will not. I hope purchasing a new battery will resolve this problem. hoping forv the best"
