"Well, never got my item. Selected UPS 3 Day on 4/4 but by 4/10 the item still was waiting for pick up. Was on a plan going home so I had to have UPS hold and return to sender. My suggestion is for Davinci to notify customers on their website or by e-mail that order processing takes a week. Hopefully the refund process is painless. But I will say that customer service is pretty good, very pleasant and informative. As a business owner myself, I'd have offered the customer free shipping to wherever they were going to, but I might just have higher standards. If they do, I'll place another order. If not, it's unlikely I'll ever own a Davinci."

sent me back to the same link.. Which I could not complete because I don't what file the are asking about. I saw this as a run around and dropped it. I was planning on purchasing a 2nd unit but if I can't get it under warranty I'm not buying"
