This advice should be in the brochure. I have contacted your customer support re this (I have a ticket number) but no reply as yet. I can not wait though, as the device is useless without the straw. I am not very happy at having to replace it this early. "

"I called several times yesterday between the hours of 9:00 am and 11:30 am trying both the customer service and operator options on the phone but couldn't get anybody until around noon finally on the operator line. This was before I placed my order (today) so I was actually considering whether or not to deal with you guys based solely on this interaction (or lack thereof). However, once I got an operator on the phone she gave me the info I wanted to hear, which was good and I decided to give Davinci another chance at the rare opportunity to have me as a customer. Please don't let me down."
