However, if you want to know what is going on, try their customer service that puts you out of line every five minutes while you wait for no one to answer and then, most likely someone ends up ahead of you in the call queue. Even if you do get through, there is nothing but excuses. "We think," "We thought" "Call back" "Most likely tomorrow" "We are getting many more on Monday" -NOT... etc. Beware"
