"I’m really disappointed because I wait 3 weeks to make an order because the glass spacer was out of order and when it was back, your battery was out of order. Because I live in Canada the delivery fees are expensive and I didn’t want to pay them twice. Patrick did a wonderful work to find a solution to make me able to place a second order when you will receive the batteries without make me paying those fees twice.

"All good, only problem I had was I initially used the PayPal option at very beginning of checkout process and it immediately brought me to the PayPal page and was going to charge me the price + $23 tax and didn't give me any shipping options. I live in the US in Oregon so I shouldn't have tax and I should be picking shipping before paying. I went back to your page and completed your checkout process and then used the PayPal option there and all was good. You may want to remove that initial PayPal button to avoid problems. "
