"I lost my charge cord for my vaporizer. Sad to find it cost me $46 Canadian to replace it. This is very sad after I paid $250 in the first place to buy the item. Also I tried to find out from your customer service what the voltage of the charger was etc. so I could buy one at Best Buy but as soon as I asked that question people stopped communicating with me."
