"I sent my Ascent in for repair. The process from start to finish took over a month. OK, that's fine, I can deal. When I received my repaired Ascent it would not charge with my current Ascent adapter. I have just purchased a new adapter from the Davinci Vaporizer website to see if this solves the charging issue. Lets see how this goes.

"I registered to your website to get the iq, and I had it in the cart and went to checkout. I typed in my email and all of my information (minus credit card credentials) and saved it told your website to remember it. I then proceeded to close the page. I get an email an hour or so later about a 10% off code. I actually got a smile and said hey that's pretty cool, they want my business. I then read the email and saw it excluded the iq and iqmini. My heart sunk, and I was a bit disappointed. Nonetheless I'm not going to hold it against you guys and I still bought the product. My suggestion would be to make the coupon available to all devices or to none. I know you guys are trying to make money and you use quality materials and such but it was just a bit disheartening finding out that it wasn't available for my purchase, just the things you guys chose.
