I placed an order nearly four months ago and have never recieved it. I was originally told the item was shipped after just one week, but when I contested this after the third week of waiting I was told that in actual fact the item hasn't been shipped and isn't even in stock. I was given no option of a refund, but was told to wait until they have the stock and then they will send it. Up to date my emails have been ignored and every attempt to contact them fails.
Please do not buy from this company"

Initially I received several conflicting excuses, eventually I was told I would just have to wait longer. I have now requested a refund and I have been ignored.

"Most sellers are honest, but Buyer protection time is not enough for an item to reach many countries. And some sellers will delay responses or claim they have to check with the warehouse and wait several weeks. Then the time is over, and there is NO appeal process. Even if the buyer sends you the wrong item and doesn't want to do anything about it, there is nothing the buyer can do.
This was my first time returning to dx.com after a year of absence due to a previous bad experience. And I promptly get a second bad experience.
I'm going back to aliexpress.com. At least they have an appeal process, even if the seller delays past the buyer protection period."
