Allettato da un buon prezzo, ho acquistato da loro uno smartphone, cover e vetro di protezione, pagando il tutto con carta di credito. Dopo pochi giorni mi arriva email per la conferma della spedizione degli oggetti acquistati, mia prima meraviglia sono tre pacchi! Poi, leggendo qua e là, trovo che la DX fa da intermediaria fra venditore e acquirente, quindi ecco spiegato i tre pacchi. Dopo parecchie peripezie, telefonate alle POSTE ITALIANE, solerti nel rispondere e comunicare informazione sui pacchi, mi giungono i primi due, contenenti gli oggetti meno cari, dello smartphone nessuna traccia. Dalle Poste mi dicono che sono a corto di documenti e li hanno rispediti al mittente. Invio svariate mail a DX, alle prime rispondono cortesemente e celermente, dicendo, in sostanza, di avere pazienza e aspettare che sicuramente sarebbe arrivato il prodotto acquistato, Quando in data 19/02/2018, dopo bel 1 mese dalla spedizione del pacco, chiedo notizie più dettagliate su dove il prodotto è custodito, giacché sono abbondantemente fuori i limiti garantiti per la consegna dei prodotti (20 giorni dalla conferma del pagamento) e chiedo la restituzione di quanto pagato, non rispondono più, si eclissano. Li minaccio di fare recensioni negative e non rispondono. Poiché alle recensioni negative rispondono, come ho visto su questo sito, allora mi sono messo a scrivere, magari qualche cliente lo perdono e gli creo un danno d'immagine ed economico, poiché loro lo hanno fatto a me! Non so quanti clienti hanno avuto un ottimo rapporto con loro, ma da questo sito vedo che in parecchi abbiamo avuto la stessa amara esperienza. Overall: the item quality is also good for the price. The delivery time is the only ''problem'', delivery of items can take long and if you pay 0$ you do not know when it arrives BUT it is free so I wouldn't mark that as a large problem.
