They even deleted my account, no doubt because l raised and won the PayPal dispute.
That site really needs to be taken down before is causes stress to many more people.

However, something bad happened. I don't know if they sold the company to some scammers or they turned into scammers but they are not sending any products and they are ignoring all messages or replying the same template over and over again.
If you have been scammed, please check the Facebook page where we are collecting data from all scammed people to make a collective sue against DX and shut them down once and for all.

"I ordered an item and received an email that stated that I should receive it in 15 - 20 days and that I should contact them if I don't receive it by then. I needed this item within a month as I was moving. I did not receive the item and by 20 days I contacted the company and was told that it usually takes 5 - 8 weeks! There was no tracking information on the package and no warning that it could take this long. Now I will be gone and I won't have the item for my trip which I really need. "I placed order for UMIDIGI Z2 and I paid money through paypal. I received confirmation from paypal and dx.com . Next day they asking me to send copy of ID, credit card and login paypal account page and transactions in paypal. I sent paypal receipt, ID and credit card detail , they cancelled my order saying that it failed payment verification. I thought may be I did something wrong, so I placed second order , this time they issued refund without any verification step, so I opened a ticket to resolve issue. Customer service person said, there is payment blocked in their system . You can transfer money to bank account directly and provided bank details. I have never seen like this before on any other site. Looks like fraud. Now, I am worried about my credit card photo and ID information submitted on 1st order. Hope it will not be used for any fraud or identity theft."

"I ordered Bluetooth earphones from DX.COM. It has been 2.5 months and still not received the product. They have sent me some tracking information which shows the product delivered, however I have checked my Post office at least 5-6 times and have been confirmed that there was no package for me which was delivered or received at the post office.
I raised a Ticket no: B3292ABD7C4D43709297B39E9BA968C2, the agent 'linyan' who was responding to the ticket, kept on insisting to check at the Post office, I had confirmed them at least 5 times that I have checked on different days and still getting the same response that there is no package received for me.
Now linyan have even stopped responding on my ticket, it has been around 20 days that I have not received any update from them. I have now lost all hopes and unfortunately, I had not used the PayPal else would have raised a dispute and got the refund. DX have made $23 without providing the product but lost atleast one customer (me) and I am sure it will be a learning for at least a few more
I used to trust the site and had ordered a few items, however with the latest experience, I am sure the DX has now become a Fraudulent site."
"When I ordered an item they let me wait for weeks without a change in status. Obviously they could not deliver it.
Even when I tried to reach DX's customer service, they could not be reached (bounced mail) and did not answer my request form.
I had them to refund me by opening a case at Paypal.
