"I've been regularly buying at DX.com now for slightly over a year. for more than 400 us of value. Before my first purchase I was a but concerned buying from so far away.. the what if question, guarantee and stuff. So to be honoust I started with buying stuff that really didn't matter much to me.. small inexpensive, mainly because one of the things wasn't available locally. Unfortunately (or maybe even fortunately) there was a small thing thing wrong with the order.. nothing that was of much issue but I did took the time to let DX.com know, which was a good thing as this gave DX the chance to let me experience first hand how great there service is, which made me loose doubt in the for ever.

As said, to me the issue was minor(a set of mirrors for my motorcycle, of which one screw was missing, not worth an international packaging from china to Europe for), but even though I told the it wasn't necessary, they re-posted the entire article anew.. (again a set of mirrors, because 1 screw was missing). I thanked them and basically they gave me the trust to also buy items with them more expensive like a mobile phone and in-car navigation.

Since then there was only one other MINOR misfortune.. and even that was superbly managed..

DX has found there selves a customer for life, they treat there customers better than I've ever experienced from a local store anywhere.

I have experienced some DOA's (dead on arrivels) though. But ok, what can you expect for those prices. But every time, the customer service gave me the opportunity to either get a refund or a replacement. And without a problem. So really great service there!

Another great point is no shipping cost! Whether your order is $1 or $100, no shipping cost! Shipping can take up to 4 weeks, so don't expect to get your order the next day. But again, no shipping cost. That what counts for me!"
