"I have experienced shopping from three or four similar merchants. Some of them was really so bad that i have sworn off, thought to give up online shopping.

But dealextreme is very different. Why? let me tell:
1) There are lots of different items. You can easily find the thing fitting your wish.
2) Prices are very good, before it was perfect, you could buy a $10 thing for $3, but i can say they are still okay.
3) Quality, which is sometimes problematic for online gadget sellers. i love to take risks about things, but dealextreme lowers this risk a lot. Quality is not a problem anymore. Mostly five star quality, but at least satisfying purchases(which mean 4 stars for me),
4) Shipipng is free, and that's the coolest thing for me. for a $2 gadget, i don't want to spend $15 shipping fee, so, dealextreme also rules here.
5) If there is a problem and you have to return the unit, they work very professionally and solve your problem in like 10 minutes, which i could not believe at first, but that's true.
6)Not a big problem but their online customer service workers are lacking in good english, but so do some clients.

Lastly, I have never experienced a problem with them, so i will give 5 stars without thinking twice.

They can offer refunds, store credits or replacements. It is easy to find good items reading customer reviews.
