Quanto ao envio nada a ser dito pois a demora já era de se esperar mesmo chegou com quase 63 dias ,porém achei a embalagem muito simples com risco de chegar com avarias no produto pois a minha pelo a menos chegou amassada,e no anuncio dizia também que junto teria a capa flip de couro mas nao veio junto com o celular, ao manusear o aparelho havia sinal de uso uns risco pouco evidente mas que aparentava ter sido revendido ,o touch do aparelho está com uma terrível falha não funcionando como se deve trava a tela e voce tem que bloquear e desbloquear para função voltar ao normal de certa forma fiquei frustada com o aparelho logico pelo baixo custo nao deveria esperar algo perfeito mas ter que em todo tempo fazer manobras para utilizar se torna chato a DX ficou de reembolsar o valor de uma parcela até esse mês estou ainda aguardando o prazo essa foi minha experiencia com meu aparelho Doogee X6 Piano Preto. fora isso o tamanho do aparelho e a estética são muito bom."

"I ordered a $260 SSD Drive and it simply never arrived. My local Post Office confirms that the package (via tracking number) never arrived. It's been 3 months since my order. I opened a dispute with them directly and via Paypal, and they did not respond until I escalated my Paypal dispute. They finally responded by sending me an e-mail (not via the Paypal dispute resolution center but via private e-mial) and tried to get me to close my Paypal dispute (promissing that if I did they would refund my money). However, beforehand, I read the numerous other reviews on this site and other review sites where customers reported the same tactic....when the customers comply and closed the ticket, DealExtreme simply kept their money and never contacted them again. So I've kept mine Paypal dispute open. Their tactic of contacting you outside the official Paypal resolution center is a COMPLETE VIOLATION of their agreement with Paypal. Hopefully Paypal will get my money back...should know in about a month. You'll see this same story repeated over and over in the other reviews at this site. I really wish I had seen them before I ordered. This is intentional bad business practices...completely immoral. In short...theft.
Please help stop this international theft by filing complaints with the US Federal Trade Commission online complaint form (Select: Internet Services, Online Shopping or Computers ) https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/Information#crnt&panel1-1

"I ordered a phone 40 days ago and it never arrived. After wasting my time going back and forth through their support ticket system, they dumped the problem on me. Clearly they have lost my package in the mail (a $230 phone) and now they ask me to prove to them that my post office hasn't received in order to get a refund. Canada Post does not track international package numbers so I can't produce the documents they ask for. They want a document proving they haven't received my package, with a seal and signature (all of which my local post office cannot produce). So it is on me to somehow prove it hasn't arrived, but I cannot because their packages aren't tracked.
Now my only option is to deal with a chargeback request through Mastercard, which can also take months. I can't buy another phone because my money is in their hands and now it will be months before I can get a new phone to replace my broken one.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS. Worst online shopping experienced ever. I had a good order a few years back with DX, but seeing how they operate now, I will never order again.
$230 lost to these people. Buyers beware! You may get your items, but if you don't, you're basically screwed and they will try and keep your money."

"From my experience with customer support on the site it work greats when you buy "el cheapo" stuff like memory cards, flash drives, lanterns or stuff like that, but if you ever need to return a missing cell phone (my case) they refuse to issue a refund upon return, then you end up having to negotiate and losing (in my specific case) half of the money spent. (200 USD refund out of a +/- 399 USD deal)
Still, I've completed more than 70 purchases there with less than 7 issues arisen, therefore I can say that they try to do right, my only complain stems only from expensive refunds.
(EDIT: After posting the review DX contacted me arguing that they refunded me so little because I took more than 90 days from on status update to another, and I did that after they requested me to legally sort the missing cell phone with the postal service before proceeding into a refund, which of course would take more than 90 days to conclude)"
"I usually buy newest electronic products from DX. The prices are comparable to other online stores, are very beneficial, so the products are usually cheaper and newer than elsewhere. In addition, we can ensure our orders against any customs duties at customs (upon arrival of our package within the Netherlands or another country) with a small amount, so that our ordered product (s) will never be unexpectedly more expensive.
