Again no way to contact customer support -they don't exist- Live chat is just a trick.. and Ticket system is just a joke U open ticket.. and we reply within 5 days and hold ur order untill ticket is closed..

"Let me explain: I made order (order 170225001047261886) for 34.51 USD which include free registered shipment. In this shipment, I also ordered cheap gas lighter (order 170301001053739291) for 60 DX points which I collected by shopping at DX for several years. This lighter should be included in same registered shipment (order 170301001053739291). But for some reason DX sent this lighter by unregistered mail and with no surprise, shipment was stolen/lost in transport between China and Europe. Is DX really unaware that unregistered shipment rarely reach customers ?? If DX asked me to pay additional 1-2 USD for registered shipment, I would be happy to pay for it because this lighter is awesome item and I need this lighter for my collection. So in conclusion, DX saved 1-2 USD for registered shipment and lost loyal customer. This is not my only complaint, but it is last one. I don't even want to open ticket for this. I had enough.
I work for giant corporation from Far East and I am aware how much effort we spend to keep our customers happy. Seeing this from DX is just careless and don't deserve my attention.
Luckily, there are lots of DX competitors and more shopping options for my lighter collection.
