Since i've been shopping in DX all goes okay.

From China to Portugal takes maximum 2 weeks sometime less.

Cheap products and quality is okay for the price, normally good quality!

I never had the experience about defective items (fortunately) so i didn't use never the warranty.

"I am using this store for couple of years , and I was always satisfied. I have bought lot of expensive stuffs, and once when I ordered wireless speakers they came defected. They have great customer service, and after I sent short video explaining problem with it, I got new wireless speakers sent without any refund, or any cost from my side. This was huge plus from my experience with Customer service and I always recommend this store to my friends. Also the shipping time is very good.

"I order a new smartphone but I got a defected unit – the screen didn't worked well (may happen). They offer to pay the service to fix it in my own country or to send it to other county to fix it (and I need to pay for the post service and to wait additional months till I will get it back). I preferred to fix it and to have the phone fully operate as soon as I can. I asked few times to confirm, and to verify that they will pay the full cost since it cost 60$ (replacing the screen ( I wait few days without any answer, and in the chat service they say "don’t wary" . finely I pay about 60$ to replace the smartphone screen but when I send them the invoice I was talked that they have a policy to pay 33% only. Till that moment no one inform me that this is the policy. So in the end of the day the smartphone cost me about 40% more that I planed. "

well for sure he is a trusted site who offer usually cheap prices and deals with a free shipping, however their live chat is not always available and when it is he doesn't give much help, in the end you will always end up by opening a ticket.
Also the diversity in some categories of products it's that reach, they can do better as Chinese market.
and the untracked orders take to much to be delivered and get easily lost, which is not the case of the tracked ones"
