"The first order I placed with this company was great. It took 3 weeks but I got everything. Second order I placed was when it went downhill. They sent me my order but was missing a few items, and it took literally a month to resolve. I was finally given store credit, so I re-ordered the items they forgot and a few other things. A month passes, nothing. Two month passes, nothing. Third month, I opened a ticket and I was asked to check my local post office, and was told to give it a little more time... even after 2 months. Because of this debacle DX will be losing a few other people's businesses, including mine. They finally submitted a refunded request after I denied the store credit (which went nowhere from the last experience). The refund is in the works now, but we'll see how long that will take. I was also advised that the next order I placed, i should add $1.70 for tracking. I would if this was actually an option during checkout! The products are decently priced and the company could have done well for itself, but they need to make alot of adjustments."

"Worst online shopping experience ever. Took 6 weeks to receive phone. Phone received was different from description on site and in the order. Claim process was impossibly difficult and long (took them two additional weeks to get back to me requesting more pictures of the product). I still did not get an RMA and/or refund from DX.

BTW the phone is chinese and does not allow installation of apps such as gmail, chrome, etc. Beware!

"Has been since 11/9/2014 order from dx and still nothing from the last item i purchase. managed to live chat said "your package seems return to us because of the failure security check"
They said it takes 48 hous for them to get back to me it is now day 4 and no reply to my ticket for them to refund my money.Still waiting

"Worst online company I have ever experienced. Ordered on July 16,2014. After waiting five weeks and no order, I emailed customer service and was told to wait two more weeks. Two weeks later I was told the same thing. Contacted customer service again and was told shipment was lost and they would reship item. It never showed up by October 15th and I asked for a refund. Refund did not show up so I contacted my credit card company which took care of the refund. Customer service actually asked me to give them a 10 star rating. Amazing that DX is still in business.

Also, DX wanted me to pay $1.70 for tracking of the reshipment. I foolishly paid it and the tracking number they gave me was to a Chinese site which I could not read even using Google translate.

"Just a nightmare, i have ordered 05 october 2014 some products with express shipping option. after 2week nothing. any tracking number working. I have contacted 10 times the support and all the time answered to wait hour for updated tracking but nothing !!! i have also sent ticket support. I have push up paypal to refund and dx.com play with me with bad reply to don't refund my order. Just simple word. go away !!! i have keep all conversation with support and history of this order. The most bad over 10 years experience on web shopping"
