"Today I was searching for my d810 which in my opinion is a pricey piece of equipment, so of course I was looking for the best deal I could find. I wanted the body with the 24-120mm lens. I was finding a lot of prices upwards of 3 grand. I then found deals all year and they had a brand new d810 for around 2 grand and 2500 with the lens. I was a little skeptical at first, but then I called in and spoke to Steve, and he answered all of my questions. He also threw in an additional battery and and a 3 year warranty + a 7 year warranty on the lens for a small fee, which I thought was worth it considering this piece of equipment will be something I intend to use for years to come, and you never know what happens with electronics and where life will take you. Provided everything goes smooth, I will most likely be making all of my future purchases with deals all year because photography gets expensive, and with competitive prices, who wouldn't?"

"My confession: I was very skeptical about ordering a Nikon D750 from any EBAY store but was lured to "Deals All Year" by their unbelievable prices and excellent customer reviews. However, the skeptic in me had to call and I spoke with Mr. Steve. "I bought camera lens from this company through eBay. Shipping was quick. I opened up the package and I saw dust inside the lens. I called Deals All Year the next day (which was on a Saturday), the person gave me the email for the person in charge of returns/exchanges. I emailed Steve, and promptly received a set of instructions in order for exchanging the item. I filled out a return form, packaged everything back, slapped on the return packaging label and shipped it off. "So let me tell you something. I bought cameras and accessories from so many different stores for the past few years but I think I'm sticking with Deals All Year now. Why? The price is really good, and they have a great costumer service.
First time I bought from them they called me to make sure they had the right address and also to make sure I knew the kind of product I was buying. Who does that? I taught it was so nice of them that I would consider buying from them again when I needed something else.
So I decided to go back and a year later but another camera from them.
Costumer service is fast and efficient if you need it and they also have extra coverage for the items you get. Believe me when I say it is worth it to get the extra warranty. Cameras fall and brake and if you're going to use them a lot this extra coverage is well worth it.
