"Since I lived in NJ not too far from the store I called them while shopping for a new d810 online. I wanted to trade up from my d7100 and a few lenses to a full frame and lenses to match. Over the phone Kevin offered me a great deal on the trade in. Kevin assured me the items are brand new and they had a retail storefront but mainly do business online. He also let me know the items are import products which is how they are able to offer them at such low prices. I fully understand what import products are as i was an online retailer of optics many years ago and I assure you the products are legit, fully functional and the same as non-import products. Additional extended 3 year warranty was offered to me at a very reasonable fee so i went to visit the store. I was pleasantly surprised with the store and the quality of the items, all brand new and in perfect working condition. No shutter clicks registered on the camera and i checked for any issues throughout. Everything checked out great and I was able to land a GREAT deal on a new d810, Tamron 24-70mm f/2.8 and Nikon 50mm f/1.8 plus he added in a bunch of extras for me at no charge AND added $50 to my trade in then what was offered on the phone. Also he said the added warranty would be through MACK repairs if needed and was offered for 3 years of full years of coverage parts and labor. MACK has a great reputation and is not far from the place of purchase so i felt VERY confident in my purchase ! Going back for more lenses down the road and accessories. "
