A few hours after I ordered the package, their very polite representative Kevin called me to make sure everything was okay and that all of my questions were answered. He noticed that I forgot to add the 3 year warranty to the package and so he gave me a very large discount on the warranty. Also, he gave me free expedited overnight shipping and additionally he upgraded the parts contained within the package I ordered. I have purchased large packages of camera equipment before from online merchants, but I've never encountered such a helpful team as the one at dealsallyear.com. I am very impressed. "I visited their NJ location after seeing a deal on their eBay page. I bought a Panasonic GH4 (international model). They had the lowest price and i'm please to say I am very happy with my purchase. The store is rather bare which feels uneasy but they conduct most of their business online and don't have much use in filling out the area with display product.

The people were very nice there. The sales manager Kevin let me take a look and play with the Camera before purchasing and did not pressure me. I really appreciated that as I do not like salesmen hovering over me.

It should be known that the international models are not covered under warranty here in the US. But, you can get a protection plan (including accidental) from square trade. I covered my $1700 purchase for 2 years with accidental protection for $230-ish from square trade. I saved a lot of money by buying from Deals-All-Year even with the added protection plan.

Like many people, I was a little weary of making a purchase with this vendor after reading some of the reviews, but I had a great experience. I'd definitely recommend them for anything you need. If you have the opportunity to go there to buy whatever you want i'd definitely do that so you can have a similar experience to what I had.

I found only one fault and it is the reason I gave 4 stars. Returns are only accepted within 14 days with a 15% restocking fee. I don't like that. They will do exchanges but just the idea of having that fee for a return irritates me. Just my 2-cents.

I look forward to making a future purchase with them soon.

"When buying merchandise on the Ebay site, I assumed that the commercial sellers would be reputable, honest and trustworthy.
I wasn't quite sure, as I will explain. I purchased a Canon XA10 Video Camcorder from them and paid for expedited three day shipping.
I received a UPS tracking number with the order but the next morning when I wanted to see the status
Of delivery, UPS stated… “The sender has voided the UPS tracking number created for this shipment, UPS does not have possession of this shipment”. I sent an email to the seller, but received a message Stating… non deliverable to address provided. I called the seller several times only to get pre-recorded advertising and no option to speak with Customer service. After many attempts I finally got through to “Kevin”, he was driving, I asked him why shipment was cancelled and he could give me no viable explanation and that when he got to the office he would send me updated info on my order.
Even though I didn't receive any updated communication from shipping dept. as to new tracking number, the camera arrived as promised.

"I ordered two cameras, Nikon D610 with 24-120mm f/4 lens, Nikon D3100 and recently just bought a 50mm f/1.8 for my D610. The service that was provided by this vendor was fantastic. Not only they have an online store, but they actually have a physical store in Linden, NJ. All the staff at the store are helpful. At first, I was planning to buy all my equipment online, but due to time constraint, I needed the camera right away for an event. So, I notified the owner that I will be driving up about 100 miles. "I have ordered a new Canon 5D Mk3 and a number of expensive L lenses from Deals All Year. I have spent months researching the best way to buy this equipment, and after working with Kevin, am convinced that this is the best way to buy camera equipment. He and his team are pros: they are upfront with pricing, ship within 2 days, and you get brand new, factory sealed equipment as promised.
For those of you who are wary of import items (I certainly was), they are identical to what comes in through Best Buy, B&H, etc. as far as being brand new, sealed, factory equipment. The only difference is that you have to go through a 3rd party instead of Canon for the full 1 year warranty (you get 90 days from Deals All Year). When I look at the savings involved, it is well worth it.
I give Deals All Year 5 stars for their professionalism, courtesy, and accurate delivery of what was promised.
