I made and paid an order on a smartphone in stock the 21st of March. 12 days after, the order is still processing. I already sent 3 messages to ask for explanation but it look like they do not understand what I'm asking, because they do not answer properly to my questions. The product I bought is still in stock.
The number provided in the site for contact in Europe (+44 ***-***-****) is not in service ! It is an answering machine too full of messages and it cannot take more messages.
Is it a real merchand site or a fake one?
I don't have the answer yet but I begin to have some doubt about them...
