"I made and paid an order on a smartphone in stock the 3rd of March. 9 days after, the order is still processing. I already sent 3 messages to ask for explanation but never hard an answer (they pretend to answer questions within 24h). Every new message I send supress the previous one so impossible to demonstrate existence of previous messages. The product I bought is still in stock.
The number provided in the site for contact in Europe (+44 ***-***-****) is not in service !
Is it a real merchand site or a fake one?
I don't have the answer yet but I start making my own idea."

"Ordered on the 25/02/2015. To my concern the transaction on my statement show a debit from Nastydress. Reported as fraud with the Credic Card provider at the same time as sending a message asking for an explaination. No response! paid for an 4-8 day turn around as per website but the item still is showing as processing!!!! please explain....

02/03/2015. Response was received requesting photo ID to confirm that we ordered and there was no fraud on our part given a LARGE order =$240 Australian dollars for a camera action cam. The ironic thing is that we requested and explanation for their possible fraud given a nasty dress transaction was recorded on the credit card. No explanation has been been provided. Buyers please be aware. Shop from a trustworthy source that provides fast turn around time on delivery and service. Now they offer to refund after 6 days and I'd need to wait God know how long for the wife's credit card to be refunded. A card that has been cancelled given our concerns of fraud from an unidentified transaction !!!! What a nightmare.
