"On June 19th I've ordered a Ugoos UT3. This should be sent within 3/4 days after payment that was done immediately with PayPal. The status of my order didn't change for a while so on June 26th I've informed about the delay. The 27th I got a reply that they expect a new shipment from the manufacturer on monday and it would be shipped ASAP. The status hasn't changed on Juli 3rd so I again informed about the delay. On July 4th I got an answer that someone would look into this. On July 6th I again informed about the delay. On July 7th I again informed about the delay and got in contact with PayPal. There was no reaction on the ticket, there was one at the complaint I filled at PayPal. My order was cancelled and money was refunded. I chatted about the issue with DealSprime and informed them I only wanted to know when the device is going to be shipped, I didn't want to cancel or get my money refunded I just wanted to know when the device was going to be shipped. The pre-order of my first Ugoos UT3 went a lot smoother, this was quite rude."
"Ich habe nach einem günstigen Smartphone mit sehr gutem Preis/Leistungsverhältniss gesucht und bin auf das Lenovo K3 Note / K50-t5 gestoßen. Gefunden habe ich es auf Dealsprime.com und dort war es auch relativ billig. Also habe ich mich angemeldet und nach langem überlegen bestellt. Bezahlt wurde mit Paypal. Bestellt wurde am 22. Mai und die Besellung wurde am 23. Mai bearbeitet. Dann ging es leider etwas und ich habe, um sicherzugehen, jeden Tag den Live-Support angeschrieben und nachgefragt das Smartphone verschickt wird. Am 8. Juni wurde ich benachrichtigt per E-Mail, dass mein Smartphone verschickt wurde und ich bekam eine Trackingnummer. Verschickt wurde mit Singpost ( Singaporepost ). Am 10. Juni wechselte der Status bei Singpost zu "Dispatched to overseas", was soviel bedeutet, dass es verschifft wurde. Ab diesem Tag wechselte der Status nicht mehr und ich musste abwarten. Zuletzt bekam ich am 27. Juni Post vom Zollamt. Sie teilten mir mit dass ich mein Paket beim Zollamt abholen müsste und dort die Zollgebühren zahlen muss. Dealsprime teilte mir mit, als ich nachfragte, dass ich als Bemerkung zur Bestellung "Als Geschenk für einen Wert von 20$ versenden" hinzufügen sollte um keine Zollgebühren zu zahlen müssen. Leider haben diese Idioten einen Wert von 27$ auf das Paket vermerkt, weshalb ist mir leider unerklärlich... . Nun habe ich das Paktet abgeholt und bezahlt. Das Smartphone ka ganz schlicht an. Nicht im Paket versand sondern in so eine Art Verpakung mit ein wenig Luftpolsterung - ganz schlicht. Das Smartphone kam zum Glück heil an, die Smartphoneschachtel war ein wenig verdrückt, aber ansonsten keine groben Schäden. An sich kam das bestellte Model mit einem Adapter und Kabel an, Anleitung -> Fehlanzeige.
Alles in einem, günstig eingekauft, keine Versandkosten, Zollgebühren, schlichte Verpackung, etwas Wartezeiten ( was berücksichtigt werden muss wenn man in China bestellt ).
Trotzdem solltem an die Finger davon lassen! UND immer mit Paypal zahlen, wegen Käuferschutz! Ich vermerke dass trotz dem erfolgreichen einkaufen alles sehr risikoreich war, denn dass Gerät hätte 1. NIE ankommen können 2. KAPUTT ankomen können 3. FALSCHES Modell ankömmen können. Ansonten, der Support ist EINE PERSON und zwar eine gewisse Amy! Ich konnte sie zum Glück imme erreichen, ob per Live-Chat oder per E-Mail. Für Fragen kann man mich gerne anschreiben. "
"I ordered an oppo find 7a from them,that I didn't find in any familiar store, and they seem serious.
After several days,i caught them by chat and they told me to wait several days.
From that point, i caught them several times by chat to ask why they dont ship my product,and they just told me they will check it with the shipping stuff.
After 10 days of waiting for shipment,i asked them to cancel the order,they told me to ask it by mail.
I sent emails daily without luck,they just didnt return to my emails,until i caught them one time and they agree to cancel it.
After several days of waiting , i asked them again to cancel the order immediatly ,and they asked me if i really want to cancel it?like we never talk about it,and so on.
After 3 weeks of waiting,i opened a dispute in paypal and escalated it,and like a miracle they canceled the order after 1 day.
So the bottom line is:they publish products that they dont have,and their customer support is terrible.
Dont buy from them anything,unless you want to pass a long suffering story."

"I ordered a cube T9 from deals prime before I read the reviews here, after I ordered and payed I looked up dealsprime and got really worried, But they delivered as promised, a friend ordered a tablet from another reseller and he's still waiting while I'm playing on my tablet. Really good device, but the case with keyboard I ordered with it is really crap and even scratches my screen so I'm dumping that.
Again they delivered very well, and I do not recognise the horror stories here.
You should however realise that these guys are in china, so it takes a while before the delivery is done, also use something like paypal when dealing with china so you have buyers insurance. But dealsprime didn't dissapoint me. I'll buy my next one from them aswell.

"I ordered a Sanei G708 quad core 1 gb ram tablet in mid October, they emailed me to say that this tablet was out of stock but they had one with similar spec, I asked them to confirm it was quad core with 1gb of ram, and they said it did, so I agreed to take it, when I received the order 2 weeks later, I was really upset to find it was the dual core model with 512mb ram, so I complained to them, and they apologized for my inconvenience, and they laughably offered me an 8gb micro sd card or a case which they claimed to be worth $17. I payed extra 30 euros to have the tablet delivered by DHL.
9 days passed and the tracking number is still not working.I contacted DHL , they say there is no such track number.
Today they sent me a new email from dealsprime that was saying that they are sending my package from Singapore with Singapore Speedpost and gave me ANOTHER track number. The new order today on 3 Sept 2014 is not yet shipped !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This was supposed to be my birtyday present.

They ruined my present.

I bought a tablet from dealsprime.com last November and worked fine for about 3 months then one day when I turned it on it froze. They then charged me for repairs and asked me to send it back through registered post in March. I got conformation someone signed for it on the 22nd April and dealsprime conformed they collected it on the 27th May saying "return collected and repair in progress". They kept this up until July 31st where they are now saying they never received my tablet even tho I have proof that someone signed for it and the status on my account reads "in repair". it's now obvious to me they were holding back so that the time would pass where I could do nothing about this. You can only get your money back within 45 days through paypall, but you can get a reverse transaction within 120 days through the bank if paid for by card. This information might help others if it's within those days but unfortunately this time for me has also passed. They have now stopped e-mailing me back altogether which leaves me in limbo. So I would urge people not to buy anything from this company because if you have trouble with an item you will be left out of pocket for sure. Also there customers service team which only consists of one person called Amy is appalling. This is now going on for almost 6 months. This company is a total disgrace. "

On the same date I received one email thanking me for my purchase with an order#, then I received another email stating order update which gave the following email address; ****@**** to contact for questions and a telephone number which was not printed. Then I received a third email asking for a copy of my drivers license and a copy of my credit card used for the purchase. I was immediately suspicious, after finding a toll free number and calling I was even more suspicious because there was no answer and the voice mail greeting was a computer generated one similar to the one I had on my own cell phone. I've gotten no response to email and after trying the live web chat, I still get shuffled around with nobody to talk with who has any answers on why they need this info and if my order has even been shipped. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card!"
