"Ordered material more than a week ago and it still hasn't shipped.
I CALLED prior to ordering and was told that the item was in stock. Where? China????
They say free delivery but beware. It couldn't ship to my house without and extra charge because it weighed too much to be unloaded without a lift gate truck - extra charge.
DécorPrice sent me the bill of lading with a tracking number. I called the AM Home Delivery and was advised that the material wasn't yet released for pickup.
I advised DécorPrice. Several hours later - the item is delivered to my work (which has a loading dock).
If this is how I serviced my customers - I would be out of business and unemployed."

"BUYER BEWARE!!!! I ordered 2 Savoy light sconces from DecorPrice.com. One sconce's frame was bent and the finish was extremely poor, it was actually falling off in the packaging. The company ultimately refused to issue an RMA, so I returned the package to the address on the original shipping label at my own expense ($27), provided them the tracking # & signature of person who accepted the package and they still will not refund my money. They now claim I sent the package to wrong address and they don't recognize the signature! These people have extremely poor customer service skills and are ultimately thieves! I am still disputing charges with my credit card company."
