I am still looking for the lights I was charged for. They have confirmed my delivery to Edison, NJ. Even gave me name of signer, "Hoffman". Problem is my address is in Maine. All of my account information is Maine. I have never been to Edison NJ. Should have purchased from my local supplier then I would have them. The Norwell lights are very expensive, the $30.00 I saved was not worth it. "

Majestic does not have warranty service and asks to contact the seller ... Decore Price is service to address does not look very promising ... looks like I am stuck with ... will not recommend anyone to buy anything of value from this site
David.... I have sent the pictures and the installers details ....plus this is a sealed system that only requires gas connection plus vent connection and nothing else ....so if their is an issue with the product then it is manufacturing defect

"I purchased a square toilet. The picture clearly showed it with a seat & cover....but in the small print it (apparently?) said the seat wasn't included! How do you sell a toilet (especially a square one) with no seat!? When I relayed my concerns to the so-called customer service dept. I was given fill in the blank answers like "refer to our website for answers"....repeatedly. I feel showing a toilet with the seat...but selling it without one is a joke. Now I have to BUY a seat for an additional $111 unless I want to fall in my new toilet? Shady for sure. Bad product representation and infuriating "customer service".
